The regulation on the amendment of the Additional Regulation on the shelters arranged in accordance with the law on the number 3194 has entered into force on the official gazette dated 29.09.2010. The new regulation introduced new arrangements for the shelters in place. Within these arrangements, Shelters will not be included in the precedent account

Only buildings with 12 or fewer independent sections

The object area to the account of the priest will not be sheltered in non-residential buildings with less than 1500 m2.

The number of independent sections for residential use is 12 or less, and a residence with less than 1,500 square meters of subject area for comparative purposes will not be sought at the same time in non-residential buildings.

No industrial facilities, gas stations, warehouses, warehouses, feedhouses, chicken farms, greenhouses and other similar buildings with less than 3000 m2 of subject area will be sought.

Shelters will not be sought in permanent or temporary accommodation facilities such as dormitories, wards, guesthouses, dormitories, nursing homes, hotels, pensions, hospitals with a total number of beds less than 50.
